Last July I was looking into purchasing a car for myself. I am merely just a student who had just recently landed her first full-time job therefore didn't want to break my budget. This would also be my first car, as I was previously borrowing my parents' cars when the opportunity arose. I found a beautiful 2012 Hyundai Accent in Blue for sale at the Absolute Auto Image website for a reasonable price and decided to call. I test drove the car and after doing the safety check and emission test which were all approved I got a great car! I have not had any issues with the car since my purchase and am very happy! The owner answered all of my questions and even picked me up from work when the car was ready for me. The only problem I had during the process of buying my car was that it was pretty understaffed and created a little bit of tension. As a customer it is ideal to not let your customers feel that stress; granted it can definitely be difficult when there is so much going on. I recently purchased a vehicle from Eddy @ Absolute Auto and was very impressed with the overall experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eddy/Absolute to anyone looking to buy a good used car I had no issues test driving, getting the Vehicle history, and while he doesn’t allow you to take the vehicle to an independent mechanic they do have a hoist on site and I was able to bring my mechanic in to go through the vehicle pretty thoroughly. For me the most impressive piece for me was that once the deal was done Eddy had the car certified by his mechanic noted the rear brakes were marginal and replaced with new rotors and pads. I believe I got a great vehicle at a fair price (Eddy would say it was a great price 😉).

I couldn't say anything negative about Fadi and his team. Everything from the moment I stepped onto the property to the second I drove off, yes drove off the lot was amazing. He was very straight up about everything and was more than willing to answer any and every question I had without seeming like he was just trying to make a sale. I had a very pleasant experience buying my first used car here with Fadi. I bought my 2010 C300 4matic here with 128000km and Fadi was very informative and detailed with helping with my purchase. When parts in the car caused me a bit of concern after purchase fadi right away after a call took care of it and at the time of this review he is taking care of the silly problem even mercedes benz didn't want to properly fix the problem.
